Welcome to your future!

OK, if you are keen to pursue this opportunity, here is how you can get involved.

How this idea has resulted in what you are looking at right now.....

The FIRST IDEA was: - To offer a course in Internet Marketing & Development - specifically Search Engine Optimisation and Web Marketing. The graduates of this training course would then be able to find "good earning" employment as a result of the knowledge gained from the training course. The problem with this idea was the courses would have been far too expensive for this particular "younger student target market" for it to be viable.

The SECOND IDEA was: - To offer the above course, and during that course the student would create website businesses. The success of the website businesses would determine the Pass or Fail of the course. In the "sign up" process, the student would be offered the following guarantee, provided that a pass result is achieved:
1. SGB Services Ltd guarantees it will buy back the websites created by the student during the course provided they " passed".
2. The guaranteed buy-back price will be up to 40% (more, in exceptional circumstances only) of the total cost of the course cost along with
3. A guaranteed employment contract for a given period thereafter on a "work from home" basis for a minimum of $25 an hour provided the student has the capability to do this (IE a home Internet connection, relevant software to do the work and obviously a good PC). This employment period would equal the hours of no less than an amount that would be required to recoup the total amount they paid for the training course after the "buy-back" of websites.

E.G. If the 6 month course is $5000 - upon passing, the student sells the websites that "passed" back to us for the maximum 40% - IE $2000 (depending on what we negotiate it could be that the only cash outlay to you was the $500 deposit and that you were given a loan from us for the remaining $4500. The loan would only become payable after completing the course over an agreed period of time with no interest being charged on the duration of the course itself). Thereafter a guaranteed 120 hours of "work from home", work (in this example) would become available to the graduate at a rate of around $25 an hour. It shouldn't take long to see that this idea is a WIN-WIN for both parties!! NOTE - the 120 hours would be contracted over a period of no less than 20 hours a month on successful completion of the course (loan repayments, if a loan is taken would of course be tailored to fit in with this).

This idea has credit but there was a nagging feeling that there was more to offer than this (most of you will probably sign up based on this idea above - but before completing the training, you will probably evolve as your knowledge increases and end up changing it to the idea below). The types of websites that could be created under this scheme (above) are also limited. You probably will have difficulty grasping this next idea (below) at this point in time. I have no doubt however that half way through the course you will understand why this is probably the best deal for everyone.

The THIRD IDEA was: - To do what we intended above but aim the course at people who want to start their own "long term" business from home. We provide the training and also go into partnership long term with the individual if they pass!! This idea is important because the minute a larger investment by the student is possible; it opens a HUGE amount of opportunities.

E.G. - Let's say one of the website businesses, is selling sunglasses - initially the student secures a "drop shipper" (a third party) to provide the product but later discovers the business is very profitable and wishes to "cut out" this drop shipper, "middle man". You see, by importing the product themselves (the larger investment referred to earlier), the profit could easily be tripled. If however SGB Services owned websites like this, we would not have the resources available to pursue and manage the business because we would not want to start getting involved in lots of different businesses handling and shipping different stocks etc. It would mean employing staff along with other fixed costs. A smaller "hands on" business is able to do this very effectively however!!

If you choose this route; we will provide the training as above and the new businesses created by the graduate student will pay a franchise fee to SGB Services. So for example, if the cost of the course is $5000 and the student passed the course - the student can decide whether they wish to keep the websites they have developed or whether they wish to enter into a franchise partnership with us.

If they wish to enter into the franchise partnership with us they sell the domain name back to us for a fee similar to the idea above, which we then franchise (the domain name) back to them again for 10% of the total value of "clicks" it receives monthly. The value would be determined by the average value of "advertising" clicks for the particular keywords based on Google Adwords. To explain in simple language: its a little bit like a rental at a shopping centre which is based on the amount of profit or turnover the shop generates. If the shop does badly, so does the landlord. NOTE - ownership of a domain does not give the owner of the domain, ownership of the written content and designs held on the sites etc.

If the domain names for the businesses are sold back for say $2500 the first $2500 worth of this 10% is given "rent free", which will pay back the full cost of the course.
